To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the DIFC and the United Arab Emirates, the Partnership shall not be held liable for any systemic market losses, capital erosion, or missed opportunities resulting from the passive consumption of our public Intelligence archive.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Mandate are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from the use of this digital interface shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
